To register and maintain an account on jeet18, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from jeet18 or any affiliated platform via a self-exclusion request or enforcement action.
• All personal information submitted during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a jeet18 employee or contractor.

jeet18 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each player may hold only one active account on jeet18. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. jeet18 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication and using a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeet18 support immediately at [email protected]. jeet18 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable steps to protect their account credentials.

All transactions on jeet18 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are generally credited to the player's account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jeet18 promotions:

• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of at least 20x the bonus amount before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Only bets placed using real-money balance count toward wagering requirements; bets placed using bonus balance do not accumulate additional bonus progress unless otherwise stated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeet18 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access account information, or interact with the Platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in any game, payment system, or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

All content on the jeet18 Platform, including but not limited to the jeet18 brand name, logo, game interfaces, promotional graphics, text, software code, and database structures, is the property of jeet18 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jeet18 content without express written authorisation from jeet18.

The jeet18 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeet18 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content contained within it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeet18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

jeet18 is not responsible for the outcome of any game or betting event. All game results are determined by certified random number generators or live event outcomes. Gambling involves risk and past results do not predict future outcomes. You accept full personal responsibility for all wagering decisions made on jeet18.

jeet18 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on jeet18, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jeet18 implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. jeet18 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms shall be construed and enforced in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jeet18 Platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through jeet18's internal customer support process by contacting [email protected].

jeet18 will aim to acknowledge dispute submissions within two business days and provide a final determination within 14 calendar days. Where a resolution cannot be reached through the internal process, the parties may pursue resolution through applicable legal channels.

jeet18 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the current version was last revised. Registered players will be notified of material changes via email or an in-platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any amendment, your sole recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeet18 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
